Map Digitization
Conversion of hand-drawn maps into a digital format. Scanned maps are meticulously reviewed and verified for accuracy to best represent the originals.

Assigning coordinates to data digitized for utilization of existing GIS data available from the Maine Office of GIS and Google Earth.
Cartography
Creation of professional maps utilizing existing geospatial data from digitized scans or data collected. Maps are available in both paper and digital formats (PDF, GIS Shapefiles, Google Earth KMZ...).
Map & Document Scanning
Scan black & white or full-color maps & documents up to 40" wide. Available straight-through path option to protect ancient / historic maps & documents.

As a University of Maine at Fort Kent graduate, I have been continuously involved in GIS since my Associate of Science degree in Applied Forest Management (2005). I continued on to obtain my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Safety Administration (2007). Since 2005 I've worked at Northern Maine Surveyors to establish / maintain a GIS database to organize survey data files & maps. In August of 2013, I became one of over six thousand internationally-recognized GIS Professionals by the GIS Certification Institute. In July of 2018, I obtained my Remote Pilot License for Unmanned Aerial Systems by the Federal Aviation Administration (Licensed FAA Drone Pilot). In December of 2020, I obtained my Maine Professional Land Surveyor License #2593.
As the Most Northeast GIS Professional in the Nation, my goal is to deliver cutting edge mapping & data management solutions to Northern Maine.
